We focus on providing high-quality customized/standardized table products (descriptions can be adjusted according to actual products), and therefore do not support returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final transactions. By placing an order, you are deemed to have confirmed the product specifications, sizes, colors and other details, and accepted the terms of this policy. - Explanation of Exceptional cases
We may only provide solutions (such as partial compensation or repair) under the following conditions:
Transportation damage: If the goods are damaged during delivery, please provide clear photo/video evidence to the customer service email ommfier@xsatablec.com within 48 hours after signing for the goods, and we will assist in handling it.
Serious mismatch between the actual product and the description on the website: If there is a significant difference between the actual product and the website description (such as material or structural errors), evidence must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the goods. - Consumer Responsibility
Please ensure that you inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged, you can refuse to sign.
